● They take the initiative for the events and lead them with coordination among their class Rotaractors.
● They initiate and explore new event ideas to implement.
● They maintain records of membership data and events data of their respective class Rotaractors.
● The CRRs act as multiple hands of the club to coordinate and handle the various issues and events of the club in a systematic manner.
● TEACH members are elected based upon their performance in TEACH interview.
● They are also analyzed based on their academic performance and social criteria.
● They initiate the events focusing on the five verticals of TEACH and implement them with great vision.
● They closely monitor the children and encourage them to participate in events.
